Concept Design & Town Planning
A successful landscape is carefully designed through many iterations. We guide our clients through this process, all the while working with their specific needs for the space. Whether this is a relaxing poolside or a productive garden, the Concept Stage is the vital first step. Alongside the concept, we swiftly handle the documentation required for Town Planning applications. We make the process as seamless as possible by working closely with the relevant authorities to achieve a successful permit.
Landscape Planting Design
At this stage we utilise our knowledge and expertise with plants to design a Planting Plan. We design in layers, combining overstory trees for shade, mid-level shrubs for privacy, and groundcovers for texture. This creates a rich, tapestry that evolves with the seasons. Beyond aesthetics, we select species for their, adaptability to the existing conditions of the site, fragrance, and even their ability to attract local birds and pollinators. You will receive a detailed Planting Plan and a Plant Schedule, specifying exact species, quantities, and pot sizes, providing a clear roadmap for flawless installation.
3-D Rendering
Arguably one of the most exciting stages of a project is seeing it in 3D. We use the latest rendering programs to deliver hyper-realistic images and videos of our projects. Our clients are able to imagine themselves in the landscape as well as iron out details that they would like reworked. We are proud of how this strengthens the collaborative relationship between designer and client.
Tender Documentation
The Tender Documentation Stage is where the vision is translated into a precise technical blueprint. In this phase, we bridge the gap between creative design and physical reality, producing the comprehensive set of detailed drawings and specifications required for accurate bidding and high-quality construction.
Our Tender Documentation set includes specialised detail drawings at various scales as well as curated material specifications. By providing a high level of detail, we eliminate guesswork on-site, protect your budget from unforeseen costs, and ensure that the final build is a perfect reflection of the approved design.
